Abstract: REGULATION IS BEING AMENDED TO IMPLEMENT SECTION 331(H) OF THE CONSOLIDATED FARM AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ACT IN THAT BORROWERS WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO PAY INTEREST ON INTEREST AND TO CLARIFY THE PROCEDURES FOR PROCESSING OVERPAYMENTS AND REFUNDS FOR COMMUNITY PROGRAMS.
