Abstract: FERC-568 COLLECTS INFORMATION UNDER THE NGPA OF 1978 FOR JURISDICTIONAL DETERMINATIONS OF 4 CATEGORIES OF NATURAL GAS (1) NEW NATURAL GAS & NEW RESERVOIR OF OLD OCS LEASES, (2) NEW ONSHORE PRODUCTION WELLS (3) HIGH COST NATURAL GAS, AND (4) STRIPPER WELL GAS. THE NGPA AUTHORIZES THE COMMISSION TO COLLECT THIS INFORMATION. RM89-16 IS A FINAL RULEMAKING TO AMEND THE COMMISSION'S REGULATIONS
