Abstract: TITLE 43 CFR 4700 REQUIRES SPECIFIC INFORMATION TO BE FURNISHED BY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC DESIRING ADOPTION OF WILD HORSES OR BURROS TITLE TO THESE ANIMALS. INFORMATION IS ALSO REQUESTED FROM PRIVATE LANDOWNERS DESIRING REMOVAL OF WILD HORSES OR BURROS FROM PRIVATE LANDS.
