Terms of Clearance: Approved by OMB. HUD has sufficiently demonstrated the need to collec Employer Identification Numbers in a manner consistent with 5 CFR 1320.4. Therefore, OMB approves the collection of EIN information. In its next submission, HUD shall provide greater detail on the estimated numbers of management agents that utilize computer software. HUD shall discuss how it plans to automate the processing of the forms and how agents will utilize HUD automation systems. HUD has dropped the "Format for Requesting HUD Reimbursement of Rent Rebates of Rent Rebates Required by HURRA".
