Abstract: IN ACCORDANCE WITH A FEDERAL COURT ORDER AND THE AGRICULTURAL CREDIT A OF 1987, FORM FMHA 1962-1 PROVIDES A UNIFORM WRITTEN METHOD FOR COUNTY SUPERVISION TO APPROVE THE BORROWER(S)' PLANNED USE OF PROCEEDS FROM T DISPOSITION OF CHATTEL SECURITY OWNED BY THE BORROWER, TO RECORD ANY CHANGES OF PLANNED USE, AND TO RECORD THE ACTUAL DISPOSITION OF CHATTE SECURITY FOR THE YEAR OF OPERATION.
