Abstract: IE-417R WILL PROVIDE THE DOE WITH INFORMATION REGARDING THE LOCATION OF WHERE EMERGENCY ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY SITUATIONS EXIST ON AN ELECTRIC POWER SYSTEM OR ON A REGIONAL ELECTRIC SYSTEM.
