THE RESPONDENTS CONSIS THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE 800 NUMBER SERVICE THAT IS CURRENTLY UTILIZED BY THE PUBLIC TO OBTAIN GENERAL INFORMATION AS WELL AS THE FILING OR SERVICING OF CLAIMS UNDER THE VARIOUS SOCIAL SECURITY PROGRAMS.
