Abstract: TITLE I LOANS ARE MADE BY PRIVATE LENDERS, NA DHUS INSURES THE LENDER AGAINST LOSS FROM BORROWER DEFAULTS. THESE INFORMATION COLLECTIONS ARE NEEDED BY HUD TO EVALUATE PROGRAM AND INDIVIDUAL LENDER PERFORMANC AND TO DETERMINE WHETHER CLAIMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PAYMENT.
