Abstract: MANUFACTURERS OF LARGE NON-ROAD COMRESSION-IGNITION ENGINES WILL REPOR AND KEEP RECORDS OF PRODUCTION INFORMATION, TEST DATA, AUDIT INFORMATION, AUDIT REPORTS, AND LABORATORY INFORMATION. THEY WILL SUBMIT REPORTS WHEN THEY START A NEW MODEL YEAR, WHEN THEY WANT TO PROVIDE VOLUNTARY DATA (NORMALLY QUARTERLY), AND AFTER AN AUDIT.
