Approved as
amended by DOL's memoranda to OMB of 10/15/93 and 10/18/93 DOL has
agreed that several of the forms cleared in this package, most
notably the ETA 8599, will be replaced beginning with data for
program year 1995; these data will be reported through the
Standardize Program Information Record (SPIR) for the Title IV
Migrant program starting in that year. During the transition to the
SPRI that will occur in PY 1994, DOL shall not require any State
that provides data through the SPIR to also provide these data
through the ETA 8599.
