Abstract: THE PUBLIC LAW AUTHORIZES SPOUSES OF DOD PERSONNEL TO COMPLETE APPLICATION TO REGISTER IN THE DORS DATA BASE AT WHICH TIME REGISTERED ORGANIZATIONS REQUIRING EMPLOYEES WITH CERTAIN SKILLS CAN REQUEST RESUMES. ORGANIZATIONS MUST BE REGISTERED IN DORS DATA BASE TO QUALIF THE PUBLIC LAW ALSO REQUIRES OSD TO MAINTAIN A PACS REGISTRY OF ELIGIB MEMBERS AND A VALIDATED PACS DATA BASE OF EMPLOYERS.
