Abstract: THE REGULATION PROMULGATES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES IN AUTHORIZING LOAN GUARANTEES FOR SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSING LOANS MADE BY APPROVED LENDE IN ORDER TO MAKE CREDIT AVAILABLE TO HOUSEHOLDS UNABLE TO GET CREDIT WITHOUT THE LOAN GUARANTEE TO ASSIST RURAL FAMILIES IN OBTAINING DECEN SAFE, AND SANITARY DWELLINGS.
