Abstract: ANYONE PLANNING TO HOLD A REGATTA OR MARINE PARADE WHICH WILL INTRODUC EXTRA OR UNUSUAL HAZARDS TO THE SAFETY OF NAVIGATION ON NAVIGABLE WATE OF THE U.S. SHALL SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR THE EVENT TO THE COAST GUA DISTRICT COMMANDER HAVING COGNIZANCE.
