Abstract: THE ORGANIZATION FOR ECONOMIC COOPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT (OECD) IS A 25-MEMBER INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION WHICH PROMOTES ECONOMIC AND INDUSTRIAL GROWTH. U.S. PARTICIPATION IN THE OECD INDUSTRIAL SUBSIDIE DATABASE PROJECT REQUIRES U.S. INFORMATION ON STATE/FEDERAL SUPPORT TO MANUFACTURING FROM 1989-93. THE U.S. WILL RECEIVE ACCESS TO INFORMATI SUBMITTED BY OTHER MEMBER COUNTRIES.
