Abstract: AS PART OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS SURVEYS AND FOCUS GROUPS INFORMATION COLLECTION, THE ANNUAL REPORT OF THE NATIONAL EDUCATION GOALS PANEL CUSTOMER SURVEY IS DESIGNED TO DETERMINE CUSTOMER'S PERCEPTIONS ON THE REPORT CONTENT AND FORMAT. THE SURVEY FEEDBACK WILL BE USED BY THE NATIONAL EDUCATION GOALS PANEL TO MAKE THE 1995 REPORT MORE USER-FRIENDLY.
