Abstract: NN-417R will provide the DOE with information regarding the location of where emergency electric power supply situations exist on an electrical power system or on a regional electric system. The data also provide DOE with a basis for determining the appropriate Federal action to relieve an electrical energy supply emergency. Respondents are electric utilities.
