Abstract: EPA has developed this ICR to obtain authorization to collect information from companies participating in the PFC Emission Reduction Partnership. By participating in this voluntary program, semiconductor manufacturers agree to endeavor to reduce their emissions of potent greenhouse gases called PFCs. In the partnership, a company will estimate and report its annual overall PFC emissions and an annual normalized PFC emission rate for its U.S. facilities.
