The Census Bureau is requesting an
extension of the generic clearance to conduct customer satisfaction
research which may be in the form of mailed or electronic
questionnaires and/or focus groups or personal interviews to help
it to continue its customer focused and effective improvements to
the quality of Census Bureau products and services. The Census
Bureau provides OMB with a copy of questionnaires and materials in
advance of any data collection activity.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
