The Census Bureau is requesting an extension of the generic clearence to conduct customer satisfaction research which may be in the form of mailed or electronic questionnaires and focus groups or personal interviews to help it to continue its customer-focus and effective improvements to the quality of Census Bureau products and services. The Census Bureau provides OMB with a copy of questionnaires and materials in advance of any data collection activity.
