Welcome!
The annual report is to collect feedback on how the organizations are using and disseminating Census
data, to understand and assist in training needs for the CICs, and to determine how best to assist your
CIC in the future.
Please respond to each item in this survey by May 31, 2013.
Your responses are voluntary and will be kept confidential. Public reporting burden for this collection of
information is estimated to 20 minutes per response, including the time for reviewing instructions,
searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and
reviewing the collection of information. Respondents are not required to respond to any information
collection unless it displays a valid approval number from the Office of Management and Budget.
