Approved as amended by revisions received 12/22/98. In addition, ED agrees that following ESEA reauthorization, ED will update these forms to reflect the new race/ethnicity standards as outlined in the 10/30/97 Federal Register. In addition OMB notes that ED has also submitted burden change sheets to eliminate the burden associated with 1810-0599, 1810-0601, and 1810-0608 as those collections have now been consolidated under the approval number 1810-0614. Further, the collections related to Title I and Title II that have been consolidated here have expired and therefore no burden change sheet was necessary. In the next submission of this approval request, ED will complete the consolidation for the Title VI collection (Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities) under 1810-0614.
