renewal, it must evaluate, after consulting with respondents, the
burden estimates for reporting and record- keeping requirements. In
the resubmission, EPA must provide the assumptions and data
underyling its estimates of labor costs (including loading rates)
and burden hours. EPA should also verify that the wage rates
referenced in section 6(b) of the supporting statement have been
properly loaded, consistent with current EPA and OMB guidance.
