The PBGC needs to explore issues of mutual concern (e.g., kind and quality of desired services) with its customers. These issues change over time, and it is important that the PBGC quickly evaluate them. This request seeks to extend the current "generic" approal, for a three-year period, to conduct focus groups and surveys, and expand the potential array of survey instruments used to sample customer opinion. This request subsumes the approvals under OMB Nos. 1212-0056 and 1212-0058.
