Abstract: The Clean Air Act requires gasoline to contain detergent additives. Certification requirements for detergent manufact- urers are at 40 CFR 80 - Subpart. There G, and require reporting certain information the Agency. There are record- keeping requirements for blenders of detergents into gasoline to ensure that effective concentrations are used.
