Abstract: A Management Information System is being built by the Division of Diabetes Translation, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, to comprehensively collect information associated with activities involving the grantees of a national chronic diabetes program. The web-based system employs a uniform systematic method of collecting information concerning activities of programs funded by CDC.
