Abstract: The information collected in accordance with Section 79.2 will be used by the Commission to ensure that person with visual disabilities will have access to the same critical emergency information that is provided to other viewers. Viewers will file comoplains alleging violations of this rule with the Commission. The Commission will notify the video programming distributors of the complaint, and the distributors will provide the Commission with a response to the complaint.
