The Consolidated State Performance Report and State Self Review for the 2002-2003 school year must be resubmitted to OMB for clearance. The information collection for the 2002-2003 school year must be in full compliance with GPEA standards. With any resubmission of this package, ED will document the harvesting of reporting information through the Results-Based Data Management Initiative, content changes resulting from an internal data rationalization process, reductions in State reporting burden, and plans to discontinue paper-based reporting for elementary and secondary programs.
