The Standard requires all employers to
establish hazard communication programs, to transmit information on
the hazards of chemicals to their employees by means of container
labels, materials safety data sheets and training programs. This
action will reduce the incidence of chemical related illness and
injury in the workplace.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
