Abstract: Section 3005 of Subtitle C of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) requires owners or operators of a facility that treats, stores, or disposes of regulated wastes to obtain a permit toobtain the permit, the owner or operator must submit an application describing the facility's operaiton. The RCRA permit application has two parts, Part A and Part B.
