OMB is approving
the telemarketing information collections for three years. The FCC
will undertake a review of the data in both the Federal Trade
Commission's "Telemarketing Sales Rule" and the Commission's own
research to determine the accuracy of the current burden estimates
for the number of businesses affected by the various requirements
in the rules. OMB is continuing its review of the information
collections associated with the Do Not Fax rule.
