Abstract: The PBGC needs to explore issues of mutal concern (e.g., kind and quality of desired services) with its customers. These issues change over time, and it is important that the PBGC quickly evaluate them. This request seeks to extend the current "generic" approval, for a three-year period, to conduct focus groups and surveys.
