In RMO2-14-000 & 001, FERC is revising its regulations concerning the cash management programs of entities subject to its jurisdic- tion. Cash management or moneyu pool programs of ten concentrate affiliates' cash assets in joint accounts for the purpose of providing financial flexibility and lowering the cost of borrowin FERC is requiring that cash management agreements be in writing, that they be submitted to the Commission, that FERC be notified when proprietary capital ratios fall below and return to or above 30%. In the Interim Rule issued 6/26/03, the FERC established recordkeeping requirements and proposed reporting .............
