Consistent with OMB's procedures for review of customer satisfaction surveys under a generic clearance, OMB will review future INS submissions under this generic clearance within 10 working days. Future submissions must contain a list of the new surveys and those that will continue to be used under the submission. Additionally, INS must include relevant supporting materials regarding cost and hour burden, survey methodology, and response rates.
