Terms of Clearance: The Department stated that 2005 will be the only year that data elements currently gathered through the CSPR are to be collected through parallel processing by way of paperwork and PBDMI's Education Data Exchange Network (EDEN). In future years, most data elements currently collected through the CSPR will be collected under EDEN. Further, the next CSPR package should only include data elements that are selected through the Department- wide approval process established for this purpose.

Abstract: This information collection package contains the Consolidated State Performance Report (CSPR). It collects data that is required under section 1111 of NCLB which mandates the requirements for the Secretary's report to Congress and information necessary for the Secretary to report on the Department's GPRA indicators.
