clearance remain the same. Census shall request OMB approval for
specific testing and data collections via email. OMB shall review
and provide approval or feedback within 10 business days.
Individual requests shall include the projected response rates,
description of sample and data collection methods, and incentives
that are proposed. The annual report shall include a description of
each approved data collection along with response rates and general
description of results.

The Census Bureau is requesting an
extension of the generic clearence to conduct customer satisfaction
research which may be in the form of mailed or electronic
questionnaires and focus groups or personal interviews to help it
to continue its customer-focus and effective improvements to the
quality of Census Bureau products and services. The Census Bureau
provides OMB with a copy of questionnaires and materials in advance
of any data collection activity.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that

1320.8(b)(3).
