Abstract: The information collection contained in this ICR is necessary to ensure compliance with regulations on highway and nonroad diesel fuel. Refiners, distributors, and fuel additive suppliers will need to comply with information collection requirements. This renewal includes expiring ICRs 1718.03 and 1718.04 as well as corrected amounts under proposed ICR 1718.07.
