Abstract: FCC Form 314 is required to be filed when apply for consent for assignment of an AM, FM, TV, or low power FM ("LPFM") broadcast station construction permit (CP) or license. FCC Form 315 is required to be filed when applying for transfer of control of an entity holding an AM, FM, TV, or LPFM broadcast station CP or license. On March 17, 2005, the FCC released a Second Order on Reconsideration/Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Creation of a Low Power Radio Service, MB Docket 99-25, FCC 05-75. This document proposed to permit the transfer and/or assignment of LPFM authorizations. FCC Forms 314/315 have been revised........
