The Harbor Maintenance Fee was
established by the Water Resources Development Act of 1986. It is
collected by CBP and used by the Army Corps of Engineers to
contribute to the operation and maintenance or certain U.S.
channels and harbors.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
