addressing recruitment of comparison groups. Specifically, SAMHSA
should address the number of individuals recruited, define portals
of entry, and address the resources available to the comparison arm
of the study. Having waived the 60 day requirement for the current
revision request, following an initial one year approval, OMB is
approving this information collection for two years rather than the
requested three.

This initiative, which seeds to
implement a collaborative and comprehensive approach to addressing
the problems of homelessness, is being coordinated by the US
Interagency Council on the Homeless and involves participation of
the Departments of Housing and Urban Development, Veterans Affairs,
and Health and Human Services. The goal of the national outcomes
performance assessment is to provide a site-by-site description of
program implementation, as well as descriptive information on
clients served; services received; housing quality, stability, and
satisfaction;....
