A majority (over 60%) of 2-year follow-up data collection among CHI clients having been completed by October 2006, and completion of all network identification interiews and tow out of three years of network participation interviews having beebn conmpleted. These reductions more than offset increases in hour burden associated with the recruitment and collection of 3-year follow-up data among comparison group subjects.
