Survey of HUD's grant applicants to
assess customers' satisfaction with their interactions with HUD to
determine the public's assessment of dealing with the Department
and how grant servicing might be improved.
This ICR is increasing due to
the addition of another customer satisfaction survey. The survey
will rate the service received by callers to the FHA Resource
Center which services Single Family Housing's public and industry
clients. The feedback will be very valuable.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
