This is the blanket ("generic") clearance for all customer satisfaction assessments that will be conducted by SSA in FY 2006-FY 2008. These include focus groups, questionnaires/ surveys (mail, Internet, and telephone), and customer comment cards. The purpose of these measures is to obtain feedback from the public on various services, programs, and products that SSA currently offers or plans to offer in the future. The respondents are members of the public who choose to participate in any of SSA's planned customer satisfaction surveys.
