Abstract: This is an 83 C for technical corrections needed for the Consolidated State Performance Report (CSPR). The CSPR collects data that is required under section 1111 of NCLB which mandates the requirements for the Secretary's report to Congress and Information necessary for the Secretary to report on the Department's GPRA indicators.

Short Statement: The reduction in hours (-13,444) was submitted in a previous 83 C as a result of more EDFacts use of data elements (prepopulation of data). Therefore, there should be no burden change per this request since the hours remain at 26,888 hours. Reduction is noted here for the previously approved request due to the new system not capturing the correct hours.
