The DSP-119 is a single form that allows Defense contractors to amend their defense article licenses. PM/DDTC is establishing a new electronic system (D-TRADE) and this form will not work with this new system. Four new forms have been created to replace the "all in one" DSP-119. These new forms collect the SAME information as the DSP-119 but in a more codified format compatible with D-TRADE.
