Short Statement: The reduction in annual reporting and recordkeeping cost burden from 26.3 thousand dollars to 17.3 thousand dollars is result of a reduction in the complexity of the survey instrument that resulted in a reduction of the annual reporting and recordkeeping hour burden as requested and approved in September, 2005.
