Abstract: Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), in an ongoing effort to improve its Customer Service, intends to survey its customers and keep track of its progress, as well as identify potential needs, problems, and opportunities for improvement. The respondents will be businesses that hold permits with TTB and permit holders that file claims with TTB. There is no cost to respondents other than their time.
