This program change resulted from the elimination of the Form MCS-150A and the addition of the NPRM’s requirement for non-North America-domiciled motor carriers to complete the Form MCS-150. Program change decrease in estimated annual burden hours: -7,919 annual burden hours [74,896 approved hours – 66,977 proposed hours = -7,919 annual burden hours]. Program change decrease in estimated annual costs: -$199,200 [$1,741,480 previously approved cost to Federal Government – $1,542,280 proposed costs = -$199,200].
