Abstract: The TVA is assessing the status of the safety harbors and safety landings (sh&sl) located along the Tennessee River and its tributaries. The information collected will be used to identify and preserve the most essential and useful sh&sl.

Emergency Justfication: Late start due to organization not aware of the length of the process and only limited amount of time to work on and learn the ROCIS system. The first FR Notice was published, but does not reach the 60 days until June 12. It is necessary for River Operations to begin assessing these areas ASAP. This is only conducted ever 10 years, so this would be just this one time.
