The decrease in burden is the
result of the removal of employers in an active status with 2 or
fewer employees for the past 12 months which became a permanent
reduction in the ARS in 2006. The decrease in burden is also the
result of the temporary change to a four-year cycle for ARS
collection (change in frequency of collection).
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
