In addition to official comments received from external sources, program offices at ED sought and obtained feedback from their SEA counterparts in the field. As a result of that feedback, ED made editorial changes to some sections of CSPR, including sections 1.6, 1.4.9, 1.7, 1.9 and 2.3 to further refine definitions or otherwise clarify the data elements being requested.
